Hybrid Structures specialise in the design, manufacture and construction of structures using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), Glulam beams, timber cassettes and structural steelwork. We specialise in the construction of solid timber only and Hybrid Structures for the Commercial, Residential and Educational sectors. Hybrid Structures’ speciality is designing and constructing structures utilising diverse materials to create unique buildings and spaces. The concept of hybrid structures is not to limit anyone to one material, but to allow them the freedom to explore different materials, to compliment the final vision and requirements of a project.

2SMArtEST is an innovative startup and spinoff company of University of Calabria – UniCal (Rende, IT) formally supported by the European Center for Nuclear Research – CERN (Geneva, CH). Their core business consists in the development and industrialization of novel/SMART leak tight pipe-coupling systems, based on shape memory alloys (SMAs). Besides this main business, 2SMArtEST can offer B2B support to several industrial sectors, within the context of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0, through design, manufacturing, testing and validation of custom based SMART solutions, exploiting the unique features of SMAs.

With over 10.000 kg of metal 3D printed objects and over 40 man-years of experience since 2014, MX3D is the company that brought large-scale robotic wire arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) and its market to life and made enabling 3D metal printing more flexible, faster and cheaper. Now, MX3D is ready to transform the market further by launching the first dedicated robotic WAAM software enabling companies, engineers and designers to print end-to-end large-scale 3D metal objects in-house.
